Colinda Dovero is the lover of Jack Karaquazian and an aspect of the Eternal Consort. She disappeared into a Colour Spot, but ultimately returned. She eventually left Jack and married his friend Sam Oakenhurst at the beginning of his political career. By the time she became his widow, Sam had been Mayor of New Orleans for many years, during which the couple had done much for the city.
