Paul Minct is a guise of Prince Gaynor the Damned. Paul Minct was an important player in the Game of the Raped Planet. He is a rotund man with severe burn scars covering his face and body. He swaddles himself in large coats and fabrics and covers his face with a peculiar mask to hide this fact. His mask is described in Blood: A Southern Fantasy as resembling a map of the United States, soldered together from old aluminium soda cans, which covers his upper face, with an attached fringe of hanging beads to hide his mouth. He shares his tendency to cover his disfigured face with a curious mask with his other self, Prince Gaynor.
