Jagreen Lern, the Theocrat of Pan Tang, is the final, ultimate enemy of Elric of Melniboné and a champion of Chaos.
He wears Chaos armour that is always red hot and burning, which was a gift to him from the Chaos Lords. In battle, he wields a huge battle axe.
He was slain by Elric at the end of the World while the Lords of the Higher Worlds fought for control of the Cosmic Balance.
