The Mad God was once a man named Stalnikov before the Red Amulet drove him mad. He rules from his castle, aptly named The Mad God's Castle, and controls his cult with the power of the Amulet. He was slain by Dorian Hawkmoon in revenge for capturing and enslaving Yisselda, and to retrieve the Red Amulet.
